You can have different schedules for different days. You can set a weekly schedule in which you set a departure time for each day of the week. There is also an option to set a 'next departure time' that is further than one day in the future. This overrides your weekly settings until we reach the 'next departure time'. After we reach that time, we return to your weekly settings until you manually add a 'next departure time' again.
