Why doesn't my Solar Wallet balance increase?

Your Solar Wallet balance is not updated in real time.

Although you may see in the app that you are feeding electricity back into the grid, your Solar Wallet balance is only updated when your bill is issued. Frank Energy issues your bill as soon as we receive your consumption data from the grid operator, as these data are needed to calculate the balance between the electricity you have consumed and the surplus electricity you have fed back into the grid.

If this calculation results in a positive balance in your favour, the corresponding amount will be added to your Solar Wallet.

For this reason, even if you are feeding electricity back into the grid, your Solar Wallet balance won’t change until your bill has been issued, which happens as soon as we receive your consumption and production readings from the grid operator.
