Why does the tariff on my monthly bill not match the tariff in my welcome letter?

Tariffs with government taxes and network costs may have changed in the meantime. These are reviewed annually by network distributors and the government.

 

We may also have adjusted the purchase tariff or fixed supply costs. If we make such adjustments, we will inform you by email at least 30 days in advance.
