When the direct debit fails (or when you cancel our direct debit), you will receive a reminder email. We will not make a further direct debit attempt.
If you do not respond to our reminder emails, you will receive a final reminder. In addition, if you do not make a payment, we may decide to stop supplying energy.
If you have financial difficulties, please contact soporte@frankenergy.es mentioning your customer number and explain your situation.
The sooner you contact us, the more options we have to find a solution together. We will be happy to find a suitable solution to resolve the arrears.
